1. Nature of Services

Heaven 0n Earth provides non-medical, neutral, emotional, and spiritual support (Death Doula Services) for individuals navigating end-of-life transitions. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or legal estate planning. Our role is strictly to offer compassionate guidance, comfort care, and practical organization.

2. SMS & Communication Policy

By providing your telephone number and opting in through our website forms or direct communication, you agree to our SMS Policy.

• Consent: By opting in, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Heaven 0n Earth regarding appointment confirmations, service inquiries, scheduling updates, and critical communication related to our services.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and ongoing support needs.
• Opt-Out: You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us.
• Help: If you need assistance or more information regarding our text messaging services, reply HELP to any message.
• Privacy of Mobile Data: Your mobile information and explicit opt-in consent will never be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your privacy is our utmost priority.

3. Pricing and Payments

Our standard hourly rate for Doula services is $111.00. We also offer a bundled package of 12 sessions for $1,200.00. Legacy Projects are billed at a flat rate of $1,111.00, with materials billed separately. Payment terms, including deposits and schedules, will be outlined and agreed upon during the initial consultation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the deeply personal and time-sensitive nature of our work, specific cancellation policies will be discussed during your Discovery Call. Generally, we request a 24-hour notice for the cancellation of non-emergent scheduled sessions. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more detailed information.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

Heaven 0n Earth operates with strict confidentiality. Any personal, medical, or family information shared with us during our service will be kept entirely private, adhering to high ethical standards. We will only break confidentiality if required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Heaven 0n Earth, Cristen Schoonover, and any associated team members shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. The client assumes full responsibility for their decisions and outcomes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
